All entries must be submitted and paid online. You may enter your information in the entry form and save it to return at a later date. When you want to submit your entry please click 'add to cart' and then checkout to submit payment.

ENTRY FEES
Standard Nomination Fee: $515.00
Late Nomination Fee: $650.00
($515 standard fee + $135 late fee)

ENTRY DEADLINES

Standard Nomination: Thursday, August 3
Late Nomination: Thursday, August 10
Final Nomination: Monday, August 21

*Entries must be received by 11:59pm EST on Thursday, August 3. Late entries will be received until Monday, August 21. However, all nominations received after Thursday, August 3 will incur a penalty of $135 per entry.
